Tarte flambée with asparagus, strawberries and prawns from the air fryer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of tarte flambée dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 pot of crème fraîche with herbs, 125 g
  • 4 stalk(s) asparagus, green
  • 10 shrimp(s), frozen
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • some pine nuts
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the asparagus into sections. Slice the spring onions into rings and slice the strawberries. Roast the pine nuts in a small pan without fat, remove them (otherwise they will brown!) and set aside. Fry the asparagus pieces in a little butter in the pan. Meanwhile, place the tarte flambée dough on the baking paper on the pizza tray of your air fryer (or, as I did, divide it between two small round trays). Spread the dough with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Spread the asparagus, shrimp, pine nuts, and onion rings on top. Reserve a few green rings of the onion. Bake everything in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes at 190°C. Distribute the strawberries over the tarte flambée on a plate and scatter a few leek rings on top. Enjoy the tarte flambée best with a glass of white wine. A springtime explosion of flavor.
