Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g salami, in one piece
  • Bell pepper(s), 1/2 each red and yellow
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Crumble the yeast into 100 ml of lukewarm water, add the sugar, and let it rise for 10 minutes. Add the flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of oil, knead, and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut out 12 circles (approx. 9 cm in diameter), and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 225 degrees Celsius (205 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Slice the salami. Wash and trim the peppers and dice them like mozzarella. Mix together the tomato paste, 4 tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture on the pizzas, add the toppings, and bake for about 18 minutes.
