Mint Mustard

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mustard seeds
  • 100 ml mineral water, non-carbonated
  • 75 g sugar (peppermint sugar)
  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar, organic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 days 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 days 25 minutes

Sweet, soft and lazy…

Finely grind the mustard seeds. In the meantime, heat the mineral water and then pour it over the mustard flour (this reduces its sharpness). Let it rest for five minutes. Now add the peppermint sugar and apple cider vinegar and mix everything with a hand mixer for about eight minutes. Pour the mixture into small jars and let it mature for three days.
