Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark, semi-skimmed
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 750 g raspberries
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix the quark with the mascarpone, lemon juice, sugar, and scraped vanilla pod, then fold in the raspberries. Refrigerate the cream for about 2 hours and serve.
