Misch Masch Stew

The perfect misch masch stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 size Diced onion
  • 1 Green peppers, diced small
  • 3 El Paprika powder
  • 1 El Whole caraway seeds
  • 1 liter Water
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 size Diced carrots
  • 4 Diced potatoes
  • 1 small can Corn
  • 1 small can Lenses
  • 2 Crisp sausages diced into small pieces
  1. Sauté the onion in a little oil, add the green paprika and fry everything until translucent! Mix well with the spices, caraway seeds, marjoram, paprika, salt and pepper. Now pour water on, add potatoes and carrots and let boil until everything is soft. Now add the corn, lentils and crackers. Bring everything to the boil again briefly. Crispy white bread is enough as a side dish.
