Mixed Berry Tart
The perfect mixed berry tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Fresh berry mix
- 2 packet Red cake topping
- 2 cups Cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- Cut a light biscuit base (see my recipe from January 8th, 2015) once across.
- Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread it on the bottom. place a cake ring around the bottom. Lay the second floor on top. Put the berry mixture on top of the cake.
- Cook the icing according to the instructions, use berry juice if necessary. Pour over the berries and let them cool.
