Mixed Berry Tart

The perfect mixed berry tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 750 g Fresh berry mix
  • 2 packet Red cake topping
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Cream stiffener
  1. Cut a light biscuit base (see my recipe from January 8th, 2015) once across.
  2. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread it on the bottom. place a cake ring around the bottom. Lay the second floor on top. Put the berry mixture on top of the cake.
  3. Cook the icing according to the instructions, use berry juice if necessary. Pour over the berries and let them cool.
