Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 package of feta cheese (approx. 200 – 250 g)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- Croutons
- ½ cucumber(s)
- Dressing to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim the iceberg lettuce, removing any brown or tough bits. Wash and shred the leaves. Dice the bell pepper, feta cheese, and cucumber and add to the salad. Prepare the dressing to taste, add it to the salad with the croutons, and serve immediately.
