Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 chicory
  • 250 g lettuce (radicchio)
  • 2 apples
  • 150 g walnuts
  • 3 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 egg(s), including the yolk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the chicory and radicchio and cut into strips. Peel, quarter, and slice the apples. Mix with the walnuts. For the dressing, whisk together the mustard, crème fraîche, egg yolk, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season to taste. Mix the dressing with the salad and serve immediately.
