Mocha ice cream with chocolate pieces

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder (espresso powder, instant)
  • 15 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 ml cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the milk with sugar, espresso powder, cocoa, and vanilla extract. Whip the cream until it begins to thicken. Then stir it into the milk mixture. Transfer to an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions. When the ice cream begins to thicken, add the chopped chocolate. You can also use just 100g of chopped chocolate, depending on your preference.
