- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 15 g protein powder (chocolate protein powder)
- 1 tsp oil

High protein, lots of protein
Mash the ripe banana and mix it with the eggs and protein powder to form a batter. Heat a pan with the oil and fry the pancakes in batches. This amount makes about 3 small or 2 larger pancakes.
