Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 8 apples, sour
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. Bring the butter and milk to a boil, then add them to the hot egg and sugar mixture and mix. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Pour the thin batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Thinly slice the apples and arrange them on top of the batter. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 25-30 minutes. Variation: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar instead of desiccated coconut.
