Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g lamb’s lettuce
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 30 g jalapeño(s), pickled
- 50 g onion(s)
- some olive oil
- some white wine vinegar
- some balsamic vinegar
- some salt and pepper

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Dice the feta and cherry tomatoes and add them. Then finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion and add them to the bowl. Season everything with a little salt and pepper and mix well. For the vinaigrette, combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. If desired, you can also add roasted seeds and nuts (peanuts, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.). It goes great with grilled food.
