Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s), colored
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 50 ml broth
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Carrot noodles

Wash and trim the carrots, then peel them into wide strips using a vegetable peeler. Cut the cooked ham into small cubes. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the cooked ham. Add the carrot strips and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Deglaze with stock and cream. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper.
