Brazilian fish dish

Make a marinade from the juice of half a lemon, the pepper, salt, garlic, and herbs. Marinate the shrimp and fish in it for one hour. In a wok, briefly sauté the onion rings, chopped tomatoes, and half bell pepper rings with the coconut milk. Add the fish and shrimp along with the marinade. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot. Rice makes an excellent side dish. Tip: Depending on your taste, you can add 2-3 small quartered potatoes – but don’t forget to season with salt, pepper, and coconut milk, as the potatoes absorb a considerable amount of flavor.
