Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp broth (instant)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • some marjoram
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the potatoes, zucchini, and carrots. Mix all ingredients together and season with broth, salt, pepper, and marjoram. Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown. Tip: Grated celery also tastes great.
