Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 180 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 6 apples
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, for the mold
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cream the softened butter with the sugar and egg until fluffy, then stir in the flour and baking powder. Grease the baking pan and dust with breadcrumbs. Spread the batter onto the bottom of the springform pan. Slice the apples, place them on top of the batter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Prepare the topping from the margarine, sugar, and almonds and spread it on the apples. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 60 minutes. Fresh whipped cream is a must!
