Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 ml water
- 80 g corn flour
- 30 g sugar
- 100 ml milk

Bring water to a boil, add cornflour and sugar while stirring (just enough cornflour to form a thick mixture; caution: it will thicken over time), cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve in soup bowls with milk (add more sugar if desired). Great for breakfast or as a dessert!
