Mozzarella – tomato – salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 points mozzarella
  • 3 tsp vinegar and oil mixed
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Parsley, fresh
  • Herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, parsley, and the remaining herbs. Then, cut the tomatoes into eighths and discard the green ends. Add the tomatoes to the vinegar and oil mixture. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, preferably. Add to the tomatoes. Finally, add pepper, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg to the bowl. If desired, add any tomato juice left over from chopping and mix. If desired, you can also serve fresh ciabatta, garlic butter, flutes, and a dip.
