Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour (wholemeal flour)
- 1 cube of yeast
- 350 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp honey
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 220 g muesli without added sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Quick preparation with ready-made muesli
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and add it to the whole-wheat flour. Add the salt, honey, and cinnamon, and knead until well blended (I used a food processor). Knead in the muesli and let the dough rise well. Then knead once, divide into 12 pieces, shape each into a log, and place on a baking sheet. If you like, you can brush the logs with water and sprinkle with muesli. Let it rise briefly again. Bake at 220°C (175°C fan-assisted oven) for 20 to 25 minutes.
