Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g syrup (rice syrup)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil, good
  • 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g oat flakes, flower-soft
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp tiger nut(s), ground
  • 5 tbsp desiccated coconut, coarse

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

low in fructose

Mix the dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Heat the rice syrup and sunflower oil in a saucepan and add to the dry mixture. Mix everything well. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the muesli bar mixture onto it. Spread it into a rectangle (approx. 23 x 33 cm). This is best done with moistened hands. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, watching the oven for the last 5 minutes to ensure it doesn’t overcook. Remove the tray from the oven and immediately cut the bars. Let them cool. Tip: Cut the muesli bars into cubes and make healthy cookies.
