Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 100 g protein powder, vegan
  • 10 dates
  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 25 g peanut butter
  • 150 ml water
  • n. B. Chocolate for coating

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Blend the oats in a blender until oat flour forms. Blend the dates with the water until a fairly runny paste forms. Heat the coconut oil and peanut butter in the microwave until liquefied. Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. The mixture should be slightly sticky and fairly elastic. Once everything is combined, press the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. If desired, you can drizzle chocolate over it at this point. In this case, I recommend cutting the bars immediately, before the chocolate sets. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, then cut the mixture into about 12 bars.
