Muesli chocolate dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g muesli with oat flakes
  • 80 g liquid honey
  • 20 g sunflower oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 bar of chocolate, 100 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

original and simple

Mix all ingredients, except for the chocolate, together in a bowl and form the mixture into firm dumplings. Make a small hole in the dumplings, fill them with two pieces of chocolate, and fill the hole with a little cereal mixture. I use the Tupperware dumpling egg for this. It’s probably possible to make it without the dumpling egg, but this one makes it easier, especially the filling. Lightly grease the dumpling egg with oil beforehand. Place all dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
