Muffins with blueberries and Kinder chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g Kinder chocolate
  • 250 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, oil, and milk and mix until smooth. Chop the Kinder chocolate and fold it into the batter along with the whole blueberries. Divide evenly among 12 baking dishes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
