Muffins with Kinder bars

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 chocolate bars (Kinder bars)
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for children’s parties, for 12 muffins

Cream the butter, eggs, and sugar until fluffy. Then add the flour, baking powder, and milk and mix well. Spoon the mixture into 12 muffin cups. For each muffin, cut a Kinder chocolate bar into thin strips and arrange them on top. Gently press a few pieces in. This way, each muffin gets the same number of chocolate pieces and they don’t all sink to the bottom. Bake the muffins at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes.
