Muffins with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g yogurt (0.1% fat), either Amarena or raspberry
  • 4 tbsp mineral water
  • Raspberries, fresh or frozen

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

can also be made with other berries

Whisk together the yogurt, sugar, and eggs. Then, in another bowl, combine the baking powder and flour. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in the mineral water last. Half-fill a greased muffin tin or paper muffin cups. If you like, you can add 2-3 raspberries to each muffin. Then fill with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
