Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1 tbsp pistachios, grated
- 1 tsp cardamom
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Milk pudding
Place the cornflour in a large saucepan and stir in the cold milk until no lumps remain. Add the cardamom, sugar, and rose water. Heat over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Immediately transfer the hot pudding to a cold, rinsed bowl and garnish with the grated pistachios. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
