Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 can tuna in its own juice, 100 g
- ½ avocado(s)
- 1 egg(s), boiled
- ½ bell pepper
- ½ can beans (tomato beans)
- chili flakes
- Soup seasoning, alternatively salt

High in protein, perfect for athletes after training, suitable for lunchboxes
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic for the dressing. Mix all remaining ingredients with the dressing and season to taste. If you like, you can toss in a green salad. This is only for immediate consumption. For a lunchbox to take to work, omit the salad.
