Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 150g bacon
  • 250 g Edam cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 125 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 pkt. dough for croissants from Knack u. Back

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Line a springform pan with pastry. Fry the onion rings until translucent, add the bacon, and mushrooms. Pour everything onto the pastry. Whisk the remaining ingredients into a sauce, grate in the cheese, and pour it over the onions. Bake in the oven according to the package instructions.
