Mushroom and Cheese Soup

The perfect mushroom and cheese soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 kg Mushrooms
  • 3 Onions
  • 400 g Processed herb cheese
  • 250 g Ham cubes
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Thyme dry
  • Oregano dry
  1. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, peel and dice the onions and add to the minced meat with the diced ham and fry with them.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the minced meat, season everything with salt, pepper, chilli, oregano and thyme, and sauté briefly.
  3. Stir in the pizza tomatoes, cream and processed cheese, bring to the boil, simmer gently for 4-5 minutes and serve.
