Mushroom and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 kg Mushrooms
  • 3 Onions
  • 400 g Processed herb cheese
  • 250 g Ham cubes
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 2 cans Pizza tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chilli flakes
  • Thyme dry
  • Oregano dry

Instructions
 

  • Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, peel and dice the onions and add to the minced meat with the diced ham and fry with them.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the minced meat, season everything with salt, pepper, chilli, oregano and thyme, and sauté briefly.
  • Stir in the pizza tomatoes, cream and processed cheese, bring to the boil, simmer gently for 4-5 minutes and serve.
