Mushroom and Cheese Soup

- 500 g Minced meat
- 1 kg Mushrooms
- 3 Onions
- 400 g Processed herb cheese
- 250 g Ham cubes
- 2 cups Cream
- 2 Cans Pizza tomatoes
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Thyme dry
- Oregano dry
- Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, peel and dice the onions and add to the minced meat with the diced ham and fry with them.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and add to the minced meat, season everything with salt, pepper, chilli, oregano and thyme, and sauté briefly.
- Stir in the pizza tomatoes, cream and processed cheese, bring to the boil, simmer gently for 4-5 minutes and serve.
