Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g mushrooms from the jar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recipe for lazy pasta eaters

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the mushrooms, drain them, and finely dice them. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with a little oil. Add the mushrooms. Simmer for a few minutes. Add a little water, and when it boils, dissolve the stock cube. Mix the egg with the sour cream and pour it into the pan. Season generously with salt and pepper. Stir well, and you’re done!
