Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 can of tomatoes (800 g), drained, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 tbsp dry white wine
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- some butter, for greasing
- 250 g lasagna sheet(s), without pre-cooking
- 300 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
- 250 g buffalo mozzarella, cut into strips
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the diced onion and sliced mushrooms. Stir in the tomatoes, parsley, and white wine. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes. Place the lasagna sheets in a greased baking dish, pour over 1/3 of the sauce, add a layer of ham and 1/3 of the mozzarella, and top with half of the egg slices. Continue layering with the remaining ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 35-40 minutes.
