Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g pasta
- 200 g chanterelles, fresh
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 25 g butter
- salt and pepper
- Coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Sauté the chanterelles in a pan with a little coconut oil. Clear a space in the center of the pan, melt the butter, and fry the onions, garlic, and bacon. Add the spices, herbs, and cream and simmer for about 3 minutes. Finally, stir in the pasta.
