Mushroom and potato pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 onions
  • ½ tsp rosemary, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Finely slice the onions. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Add the onions and mushrooms to the potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes. Wash and halve the tomatoes, mix them with the rosemary, and heat through.
