Potato and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 40 g margarine or butter
  • 4 onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 250 g mushrooms, cooked
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes and fry in the heated fat, turning occasionally. Slice the peeled onions into rings and add them to the potatoes after 10 minutes. Season. Fry until the potatoes are almost tender. Add the mushrooms and heat through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
