Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of creamed spinach
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Lasagna sheet(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 cup sour cream

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely dice the shallots and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Crush the garlic and fry briefly. Then add the sliced mushrooms and sauté, seasoning with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare the creamed spinach according to the package instructions. When the mushrooms are ready, mix with the spinach. Spread a little sour cream or spinach on the bottom of the baking dish to prevent the lasagna sheets from sticking. Then alternate layers. I add a little more sour cream to the top layer of lasagna sheets before scattering the Parmesan cheese over them. Bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
