Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g turkey fillet(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- possibly curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
First, finely chop the meat. Dice the onion. Then fry the meat and onion together. Separately, clean and slice the mushrooms. Briefly fry them as well. Mix the two ingredients and deglaze with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. I always season the dish with a little curry powder, but that’s a matter of taste.
