Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
- 300 g mushrooms, mixed
- 1 onion(s), cut into cubes
- 3 spring onions, cut into rings
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 30 g bacon, diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed with salt
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 400 g sour cream
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 50 g cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Brush the pan with a little oil and fry the mushrooms and onions for 10 minutes. Set aside. Fry the spring onions, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, and bacon for 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the mushrooms and vegetables and spread them on the pizza dough. Mix the eggs and sour cream together and season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over the mushroom and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.
