Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pork schnitzel
- 2 cups of cream
- 100 g mushrooms, brown
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, fresh
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
perfect with rice or spaetzle
Finely dice the onions and garlic. Cut the schnitzel into small strips. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté everything together in a little oil or butter. Deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly. Add the cream and reduce again. Chop the parsley and add it, season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice or spaetzle.
