Pasta with mushroom and cream cheese sauce
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, dice the onion and sauté with the mushrooms and sunflower oil. Season with a little herb salt. Pour in the water and stir in the cream cheese. Season the mixture with the vegetable stock. Finely chop the marjoram leaves and add them (if you don’t have fresh marjoram, dried marjoram will do, or you can omit it altogether). Drain the pasta and serve it on a plate with the sauce. You can use less water to thicken the sauce, depending on your taste. The amount of seasoning can also be adjusted.
