Mushroom pan like from the Christmas market

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mushrooms, brown
  • 140 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • 1 slice(s) of toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegetarian

Clean and chop the mushrooms. Chop the onion, then add both ingredients to a pan with oil and fry over medium heat. Pour the yogurt into a small bowl and add the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a while. Once the mushrooms and onions are browned, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Transfer to a small, deep dish and add the yogurt. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with freshly toasted toast. Enjoy!
