Ingredients
- 2 King oyster mushrooms
- 2 Mini peppers
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Cream
- Steak pepper
- Herb butter
- Salt
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms and peppers, peel and finely chop the garlic. Fry gently in herb butter.
- Whisk the egg with the cream and pepper and pour into the pan. Season to taste with salt.
