Ingredients
 

  • 2 King oyster mushrooms
  • 2 Mini peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • Steak pepper
  • Herb butter
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop the mushrooms and peppers, peel and finely chop the garlic. Fry gently in herb butter.
  • Whisk the egg with the cream and pepper and pour into the pan. Season to taste with salt.
