Mushroom – Pepper – Egg – Pan

The perfect mushroom – pepper – egg – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 King oyster mushrooms
  • 2 Mini peppers
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • Steak pepper
  • Herb butter
  • Salt
  1. Chop the mushrooms and peppers, peel and finely chop the garlic. Fry gently in herb butter.
  2. Whisk the egg with the cream and pepper and pour into the pan. Season to taste with salt.
