  • 20 medium sized Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 200 g Cream cheese

  1. Wash the wild garlic, shake it dry and chop it up. Clean the mushrooms, unscrew the stalks.
  2. Chop the stalks with the cream cheese, grated cheese and wild garlic, stir to a creamy mass, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Now fill the mushroom heads with the wild garlic cream – best done with a teaspoon.
  4. Fold the bacon in half and wrap 10 heads of mushrooms with it.
  5. Now place 5 mushrooms alternately on a previously soaked wooden skewer so that the heads are closed
  6. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the skewers all around.
  7. I made a little sauce out of the meat stock, deglazed with cream, seasoned and added the rest of the wild garlic.
