Ingredients

  • 3 Green dumplings - see my cookbook
  • 200 g Mixed mushrooms - e.g. chestnuts, golden boletus, porcini mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Cream, milk, soy milk ... depending on your taste
  • Salt pepper
  • Butter or oil
  • Rocket / rocket

Instructions

  • Finely chop the onion and garlic and sweat in a little butter or oil, add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat until the mushrooms are firm to the bite or cooked through. Dust the mushrooms with a little flour and stew briefly. Now add the milk / cream while stirring until the desired consistency is achieved. Season again to taste.
  • Cut the dumplings into slices and fry them until golden brown on both sides in a non-stick pan.
  • Put the soup in the preheated plates and garnish with the dumplings and some rocket. Finished!
