Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms or mixed mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, finely chop the cleaned mushrooms, onion, garlic clove, and parsley. Then, heat a pan and briefly sauté the mushrooms, onion, and garlic clove. Turn off the heat and add the sour cream and parsley. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. The spread/dip can be enjoyed warm or cold; it will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days. It’s also delicious as a sauce for rice or pasta. Tip: To make the spread vegan, simply swap the sour cream for a vegan alternative. 153 kcal per serving.
