Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and thinly slice them along with the chilies. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Finely slice the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, mix, and fry for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and finely chopped chilies and fry for a further 5 minutes. Deglaze the vegetables with soy sauce. Add the cream. The tomato paste creates a creamy sauce. Cut the salmon into thin strips and add them. Bring everything back to a boil briefly and season with salt and pepper. Remember that the vegetables already have a certain flavor from the soy sauce and salmon. If you like, you can add another touch of flavor with a crushed clove of garlic. Serve with tagliatelle or wide ribbon noodles as a side dish.
