Mushrooms stuffed with wild garlic cream cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • lots of wild garlic
  • 6 small cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and hollow out the mushrooms. Finely chop the wild garlic (amount as desired) and add it to the cream cheese. Dice the tomatoes and add them, mix well, and stuff them into the mushrooms. Bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
