Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of tortellini from the refrigerated counter or 600 g dry to cook
- 200 g cooked ham
- 600 ml sweet cream
- Tomato paste
- herbs, Italian
- Mozzarella, grated
- 2 shallots
- Salt
- pepper
- 250 ml meat broth
- Clarified butter
Instructions

Baked tortellini
Cut the ham into small 1 cm pieces and fry in clarified butter. Dice the shallots and add them. Fry both until the ham and shallots are browned. Add the tomato paste and stir into the hot fat. Pour in the cream and broth and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Season with herbs and spices to taste. Cook the tortellini if necessary, transfer them to a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Bake at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat until the cheese is browned. About 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven.
