Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 150 g bacon, diced
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs (Herbs of Provence)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the bacon cubes in a pan. Trim and quarter the mushrooms and add them to the bacon. Once the mushrooms are browned, add the sliced onion and crushed garlic. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs.
