Mushrooms with bacon and onions

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (Herbs of Provence)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the bacon cubes in a pan. Trim and quarter the mushrooms and add them to the bacon. Once the mushrooms are browned, add the sliced ​​onion and crushed garlic. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs.
