Mushrooms with Salted Lemon

- 2 Pc. Sliced salt lemon pickled
- 200 g Boletus
- 800 g Mushrooms
- Fresh smooth parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- Onion red
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 2 Pc. Potatoes
- First clean the mushrooms and then cut them into small pieces. Then chop the onion and garlic. Cook the potatoes in salted water until they are half cooked. Next, grease a pan with oil and let it get hot.
- Fry the pepper and paprika in the hot oil to create roasted aromas. After 30 seconds, add onions, garlic, mushrooms and salted lemon.
- In the meantime, cut the potatoes into thin slices with a slicer and place them in a circle on the plate. Season lightly with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 50-100 degrees until the mushrooms are ready in the pan. Finally, place the mushroom mixture in the middle of the plate and garnish with parsley.
