Lemon Beans with Mushrooms

The perfect lemon beans with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Green beans
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Pepper salt
  1. Heat the butter in a pan.
  2. Add beans and mushrooms and sauté for about 5 – 8 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add lemon zest and juice and simmer for another 3 minutes.
  5. Delicious side dish with fried foods, we had a schnitzel with it.
