Lemon Beans with Mushrooms
The perfect lemon beans with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Green beans
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 250 g Mushrooms
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Pepper salt
- Heat the butter in a pan.
- Add beans and mushrooms and sauté for about 5 – 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add lemon zest and juice and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Delicious side dish with fried foods, we had a schnitzel with it.
